I am participating in 50x£50 Auction organized by The Auction Collective alongside 49 other contemporary artists. 50 artists received the same size canvas, with each lot starting at £50.

The auction runs until 27 June, and I am selling my artwork to raise funds for my upcoming projects.

Bather (2024)

Oil on canvas

Estimate: £500 - £5000

In this painting I continue reinventing the theme of the Bather from a contemporary female perspective while taking an experimental approach to the medium of painting. The female Bather that used to be barely the object of the (male artist's) gaze is now returning the gaze.

The canvas is excellent quality (deep edge), provided by The Artist Surfaces Company.
